Looking for a Church?

Are you new to the area, or looking for a new church community?

Here are some helpful tips when you are looking for a new church home:

1) An initial visit will let you know if a church is right or not for you.  I always tell people, "come by and see if the church is something for you". If not, I pray God will direct you where you need to go. In this world, going somewhere is better than going nowhere.
2) If you are looking for "the" perfect church or perfect people, you won't find it anywhere. If you are looking for perfection, look to Jesus Christ.
2) New to Florida? As you look for a church home, "Do your homework?" Whether you are considering joining a new church or choosing a new neighborhood to live in, make sure you take the time to visit the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Web Page . Here is the web information for FDLE: www.fdle.state.fl.us and click on the "Sexual Offender Database".  You can view all sexual offenders or predators in Florida. This information is valuable especially if you have young children or grandchildren. Knowledge increases awareness!
